We do not accept rental inquiries for alternating air mattresses if the intended user is a smoker, as exposure to smoke can damage the equipment and impact hygiene standards. Additionally, if our team identifies that the mattress will be placed in a smoking environment upon delivery, we reserve the right to refuse installation or collection.
