How Do I Pay for my rental or purchase?

NDIS/Home Care Package Clients

We can invoice your Plan Manager directly. Once we receive payment or a Service Authorisation, we can generally organise a rental delivery within 48 hours***. When switching we allow 4 weeks of payment/purchase order being received for the new item to be delivered.

Private clients

Call our office and our team can take payment over the phone charging to your bank card, or alternatively, you can pay via a bank transfer. Once we receive payment, we can generally organise delivery within 48 hours***. When switching we allow 4 weeks of payment being received for the new item to be delivered.
