How much will delivery cost for my order?
Once you have placed the items you wish to purchase into your shopping cart, we will be able to calculate the cost of delivery for you.
Enter your address for delivery on the shopping cart page and our flexible delivery calculator will display the total cost here. We may charge you higher delivery fees to deliver large, bulky or fragile items.
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).
How we deliver
We will deliver your order to the delivery address provided by you at the time of your order.
We will attempt to obtain your signature for a delivery. If no one is available to sign for your order at the time of delivery, we may leave your order unattended in a secure location.
Some items may not be available for delivery due to their nature, weight or size. For such items, we offer a local pick-up option from our designated locations. Details for pick-up locations and times will be provided upon confirmation of your order.
Some rental items may not be available for immediate release. If this is the case, we will place your order on hold and we will notify you of when the rental item is available for pick up or delivery.
Where do we deliver?
We currently only provide delivery within Australia.
What are the expected delivery times?
Orders are processed and dispatched by us Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Subject to any postage service provider delays, an order generally takes between 2 – 10 business days to be delivered to you after it has been dispatched by us, depending on the postcode and the shipping method being used. If your postcode is in a metro area, deliveries may be received within 5 working days. If your postcode is in a regional area, deliveries may be received within 10 working days. Public holidays may delay delivery.
Delivery is subject to stock availability. Aged Care & Medical will notify you within 48 hours if an item you have ordered is out of stock which may affect your delivery time.*

* If the item you ordered is out of stock and you do not want to wait for the item to be back in stock, you may request a full refund. Your refund will be processed using the same payment method used during the initial purchase.

Where you are collecting an order from us, the address for collection is:
