The ORNAMIN spoon is intuitive to use. Since there are no fixed grip positions, it can be used by both left-handed and right-handed people. The spoon provides additional support for people with diseases such as Parkinson's, stroke or Alzheimer's to be able to eat independently. Therefore, the eating utensil is particularly suitable for use as an eating aid in nursing homes, hospitals or care.

Help with Limited Hand Mobility
The spoon is designed to be visually appealing and non-stigmatising. In addition, it has various features that enable safe access and thus independent eating even with limited hand and finger mobility or a tremor. The S-shaped silhouette, in combination with the ergonomically shaped push-on grip cushions, supports holding and guiding the cutlery. The feel of the soft non-slip material ensures a secure grip. The circular surface of the spoon also allows eating from all sides and eliminates the need for bent cutlery.
The rounded grip surface fits perfectly in the palm of the hand and the grip cushion ensures a good grip even with shaky hands, creating a pleasantly secure feeling when holding. The weight of the spoon helps to compensate for the symptoms of rest tremor, among other things.
