The mug with drinking trick combines two special functions: On the one hand, the double wall keeps the temperature of the drink warm or cool as desired. On the other hand, the innovative geometry of the inner cup makes it possible to empty the cup without having to stretch the head backwards. The special feature: The insulated cup looks like a normal Thermo cup, but also has the function of a sippy cup and is a practical everyday helper for seniors or people with handicaps, in care, with illnesses such as stroke, Alzheimer's, dementia, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's and for people with swallowing disorders / dysphagia (in combination with ORNAMIN drinking lids). With its hidden functions, the cup makes classic nose cups and sippy cups superfluous.

The Drinking Trick

With the help of the Thermo cup with drinking trick, family members with limited freedom of movement in the neck or arm area and people who are confined to bed for short or long periods can drink on their own without any problems. This is made possible by the conically shaped inner cup, which tapers towards the bottom and looks like an ice cream cone. This ingenious drinking trick ensures that the cup can be emptied independently without having to put the head in the neck. Even the nose is no longer an obstacle.

Compared to the nasal cup often used for people with physical disabilities, the cup with drinking trick is also intuitive to use and does not need to be explained to the user. It enables easy drinking out without assistance: the inside of the handle cup tapers to a point at the bottom (conical interior) and enables the cup to be emptied even when lying down.

Hidden Drinking Aids

As the function is hidden inside the reusable cup, there is no visual difference to our conventional Thermo cups. Users therefore never feel exposed, discriminated against or like outsiders, but are naturally integrated into every round, because externally this special drinking aid is not recognisable as a drinking aid.
