The Star Standard Air Cell Cushion is a single-compartment air cushion (one air valve) designed for optimal pressure redistribution and immersion, making it ideal for preventing and managing pressure injuries.
Made from flexible neoprene, it shapes and immerses around the buttocks, reducing cell deformation. The cushion comes in two heights (5 cm and 10 cm), with higher cells offering better pressure distribution.
It's easy to adjust with a single valve, providing both ease of use and dynamic stability. The cushion is available in various sizes; refer to the size guide carefully before purchasing. If the size guide does not match the wheelchair width, we recommend select one size larger than the chair. Depth measurement, the seat has tension prior to measuring. Please note as this is a hygiene product returns and refunds are not available.
Why choose a Star Standard Cell Cushion? Competitively priced, The Star Cushion Range offers the highest level of therapeutic prevention and pressure injury treatment. Stability and positioning support offering increased comfort and sitting tolerance for longer periods of time.
