Super soft BetterLiving Bed Rail Protectors are designed to protect patients from injury through limbs striking or getting caught in metal bed rails. Made from soft, medical grade foam cushions covered with a soft two way stretch PU cover including an easy secure Velcro closure for secure attachment. Designed for use on both static and collapsible bed rails, the Bed Rail Protectors allow easy access to the bed rail mechanism and can be easily wiped clean.
The A-frame cushion is made from soft, medical-grade foam cushions to help minimise the risk of pressure injury in the event an arm or any part of the body lays against the protectors for an extended period of time. Covered with a lightweight stretch cover that is super soft to the touch and easy to wipe clean with a damp cloth. The protectors fit over the top of the bed rails to encase them, securing them at the base of the frame with an easy-closure Velcro strip. This makes it easy to remove and reattach the protectors with ease.
Designed for use on both static and collapsible bed rails, the BetterLiving® Bed Rail Protectors do not obscure access to the bed rail mechanism, so rails can still be collapsed with the protector intact. These protectors can be used on the majority of metal bed rails. Available in two sizes Standard and Large to accommodate different-sized bed frames, to ensure full coverage of the rails from head to foot.
