Our team is one of the key reasons, service providers, participants, funding bodies, allied health professionals and occupational therapists like to work with Aged Care & Medical. As our industry is built on relationships, trust and collaboration, we felt it's important you know a little bit more about our team and what makes us tick.

I am also a sport tragic so love watching most sports, especially my AFL team Richmond. I enjoy playing netball, listening to business pod casts, and walking my two dogs along the beach.

Role That You Do In Work My role at ACM is quite diverse, which is what I enjoy the most. From problem solving technology roadblocks and process improvement to being involved as a part of a multi-disciplinary team in solving a client/participant’s AT or Access Consulting requirements so that they can continue enjoy living at home. I also oversee our eCommerce operations.

Thing You Like Most About Your Role. I like problem solving. I specifically enjoy, process management, technology, or client specific access solutions. Meeting people and being out in the community is also an enjoyable part of my role. Especially working with community Occupational Therapists and people living with dementia and their families.

Why Service Providers, Occupational Therapists and Our Clients can Rely on Me? I am responsive, am an active listener and (as I mentioned) really enjoy solving problems. I also take pride in my work… and our business. Like the rest of our team, I also understand that I don’t know everything (because community home care is such fast paced), however i am a life learner and am committed to either get the answer or put you in contact with experts as required.

My Experience   I have been working in aged care and disability since 2013 and have been with the Aged Care & Medical, as one of the founders of our business. Primarily my experience has been in home care and working closely with OTs, clients and their families to develop strategies and provide product (assistive technology) to make living at home as comfortable and fulfilling as possible. I also work closely with all the funding models available in the Community Home Care for the Aged and Disability, working with service providers, DVA, NDIS and private funding.  Prior to Aged Care & Medical I worked in sports marketing,
