For faulty and/or under warranty returns, as a first step please review the item manufacturer's warranty terms and conditions. However please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Rather contact us to start the warranty return process.
To start we may perform trouble shooting exercises to determine and/or resolve the issue.
Should this prove to be unsuccessful we will provide you with a warranty claim number. This claim number must be included on all correspondence (including the return package).
Returning Your Item
To be eligible for a warranty return, please return all elements of the item (including instruction manuals, parts and any accessories). Where possible please include the original packaging.
Determining Your Claim
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the next steps. Including the approval or rejection of your claim and (if approved) the remedy to fix, replace or refund, in line with the manufacturers warranty and our terms of business.
Processing of Refunds
If a refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Replacement & Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and as per the manufacturers warranty terms. If you would like to exchange any item(s) please refer to our CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
To return your item(s), you should mail your product to: PO Box 11084, Frankston, VIC, 3199, Australia.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
